Shipping, Return & Privacy Policy

SHIPPING POLICY 
We are happy to offer free standard shipping for orders over $99.00 within the U.S. and free standard shipping for orders over $99.00 to Canada. Orders may take up to 2 days to ship. If buttons are added to headbands, orders may take up to 5-7 business days to ship. We are not responsible for any delays, missing or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office for any shipping problems that may occur. To file a claim with USPS, please visit: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.

Additionally, we are not responsible for incorrect address submitted by the customer. If your package gets returned to sender or we need to reship your package for any other reason, the buyer is responsible for a $3 reshipment fee.

SHIPPING POLICY - FOR ADDING BUTTONS 
Adding buttons to your headbands take an additional 5-7 business days to process so that we can get the buttons sewn on for you. Then, the USPS shipping time (either regular or priority, depending on your purchase) is also added to that. 

REFUNDS
We cannot cancel, combine, or apply discounts to any orders so please verify that all information is correct before submitting your order (all items added to cart, shipping address, email, payment process, discounts).

RETURN POLICY
If you are unsatisfied in any way with your product, simply return them for a full refund after following these steps. For returns, please email support@everascendingtribe.com with your order number and reason for return. 
Returns MUST be unworn and have no visible wear and tear to receive refund. Refunds are distributed after the product is returned to us and inspected. We do not cover shipping for returns. 

Please note that all SALE items are FINAL SALE.
