SHIPPING POLICY
We are happy to offer free standard shipping for orders over $99.00 within the U.S. and free standard shipping for orders over $99.00 to Canada. Orders may take up to 2 days to ship. We are not responsible for any delays, missing or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office for any shipping problems that may occur. To file a claim with USPS, please visit: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.

Additionally, we are not responsible for incorrect address submitted by the customer. If your package gets returned to sender or we need to reship your package for any other reason, the buyer is responsible for a $3 reshipment fee.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Buyers are responsible for any customs charges/VAT/duties or tax applicable in their own country.

REFUNDS
We cannot cancel, combine, or apply discounts to any orders so please verify that all information is correct before submitting your order (all items added to cart, shipping address, email, payment process, discounts).

RETURN POLICY
If you are unsatisfied in any way with your product, simply return them for a full refund after following these steps. For returns, please email support@everascendingtribe.com with your order number and reason for return.
Returns must be unworn and have no visible wear and tear to receive refund. Refunds are distributed after the product is returned to us and inspected. We do not cover shipping for returns.

Headbands

The customer service is top notch. I had ordered a few head bands of different styles to see what ones I’d like the most. A few days after ordering I got a from Kelsey to let me know that their inventory had been off and one of the designs I ordered was actually out of stock. They gave me options to a close design and I had said to surprise me as I wasn’t really picky. I got my order and I love them. They are a great product. They also had an extra in there that I’m assuming was because of the mix up with the original order. I will be ordering again. Thank you.

I've bought so many I don't remember their names

I love these headbands. I run a doggy daycare and I bought a bunch of the different animal ones. I also bought one for a friend and she loves it as well. They are very cute and very soft and they stay in place which is great.

I am a pediatric ER nurse and i am always down on the ground at the children's level. They are so cute and have so many colors! i have ordered 2-3 times from your shop and they have been the best gifts i have received for nursing school and now work. working in the ER can be crazy and these headbands keep the hair out of my face and never have me worrying!

Worth Every Penny

I have to say. These are totally worth every penny. I love keeping my hair down more. My hair stylist even gave it a gold star. I absolutely love these and they definitely stay for 12+ hours. They actually stay put and relieve my headaches better. My hairstylist tried mine on and loved it. Also I got my supervisors wife to buy as well.
