SHIPPING POLICY
We are happy to offer free standard shipping for orders over $99.00 within the U.S. and free standard shipping for orders over $99.00 to Canada. Orders may take up to 2 days to ship. We are not responsible for any delays, missing or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office for any shipping problems that may occur. To file a claim with USPS, please visit: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.
Additionally, we are not responsible for incorrect address submitted by the customer. If your package gets returned to sender or we need to reship your package for any other reason, the buyer is responsible for a $3 reshipment fee.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Buyers are responsible for any customs charges/VAT/duties or tax applicable in their own country.
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your headbands. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with an exchange or return.
EXCHANGES
• We offer easy exchanges for a different print or style.
• A flat $5 return label will be provided.
• Your new item ships free once the original is on its way back to us.
• All items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
RETURNS
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• A $5 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund.
• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once we receive your item.
