What's your return/exchange/refund policy?

If you are unsatisfied in any way with your product, simply return them for a full refund after following these steps:

For returns, please email support@everascendingtribe.com with your order number and reason for return. 
Returns must be unworn and have no visible wear and tear to receive refund. Refunds are distributed after the product is returned to us and inspected. We do not cover shipping for returns. 

Please note that all SALE items are FINAL SALE.

REFUNDS
We cannot cancel, combine, or apply discounts to any orders so please verify that all information is correct before submitting your order (all items added to cart, shipping address, email, payment process, discounts).

Where do you ship headbands too?

We are happy to offer free standard shipping for orders over $99.00 within the U.S. and free standard shipping for orders over $99.00 to Canada. Orders may take up to 2-4 business days to ship. We are not responsible for any delays, missing or stolen packages.

Please contact your local post office for any shipping problems that may occur. To file a claim with USPS, please visit: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.

Additionally, we are not responsible for incorrect address submitted by the customer. If your package gets returned to sender or we need to reship your package for any other reason, the buyer is responsible for a $3 reshipment fee.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Buyers are responsible for any customs charges/VAT/duties or tax applicable in their own country. 

What do I do if my package is lost? Or if it says 'delivered' when it is not?

Ever Ascending Tribe is not responsible for lost packages. If you purchase Priority Shipping, you receive insurance through USPS. We provide tracking information once your order ships directly to your email. If a package is lost, please contact your local postal services office and file a claim.

We offer Route Protection at checkout to cover your package against theft, damage, or loss during transit. If anything happens to your package, you can file a claim through Route's website, linked below. They'll guide you through the process and help you get a resolution.

Do you offer local pickup? 

Yes! We offer pickup to our local customers at our Fair Grove, Missouri location. 

How do I wash my headbands?

Almost all of our headbands are machine washable on cold cycle, then air dry. Any special washing instructions are listed on the product description.

When will you restock out of stock prints?

We restock many of our fan-favorite prints - but quantities are limited! Sign up to be notified when a specific product is restocked. Also be sure to sign up on our VIP email list for new releases & restock updates!
